How Late Fees Work with PayJustNow: We've Got Your Back!

First things first, we genuinely want you to succeed and enjoy a seamless experience with PayJustNow. Your timely payments mean the world to us - not just for our business, but because it signifies trust and collaboration. And let's set the record straight: Our primary aim is to empower you, not to generate revenue from late payments.

The Basics:

Every instalment you make with PayJustNow is free of any interest and hidden charges, provided you're punctual with your payments. If you ever find yourself missing a payment, take a deep breath. You've got the entire day to rectify it. Simply ensure the correct card is set as your default and has sufficient funds. You even have the liberty to make a manual payment.

Reminders to the Rescue:

To keep you on track, we send you a friendly SMS reminder a day before your payment is due. If you happen to overlook it and miss the payment, we'll send another SMS and an email to give you a heads-up, and to remind you that there's still time to avoid a late fee. We’ve also embedded a handy link to our FAQs in that email for any questions you might have.

The Nitty-gritty of Late Fees:

On the off chance you miss a payment, there's a reprocessing fee involved. Here's a heads-up: The late fee is R145 every time we unsuccessfully debit your card.

We'll try to process the payment weekly, but rest assured, these charges will never exceed 25% of the total transaction that we split in 3 instalments.

Your Partnership Matters:

Our mission thrives on positive payment behaviour. By keeping your account up-to-date or even settling ahead of time, you not only enhance your own credit reputation but also help in fostering a community that believes in financial empowerment and responsibility.

Let's Chat:

Life is unpredictable, and if there's ever a hiccup, don’t hesitate to reach out. If you think you might face challenges in making a payment, ping us on our live chat in the app, or drop us an email at support@payjustnow.com at least three full working days before the payment's due date. Our operation hours and more info are available on our 'Contact Us' page.

In conclusion, with PayJustNow, it's all about mutual respect, collaboration, and empowerment. We're here to assist, always.
