Your 4 digit PIN

Modified on Mon, 6 May at 11:00 AM

To make things easier for you, we have enabled a feature to let you set your own 4 digit PIN, so you won't need to wait for an OTP (one time pin SMS) when making a payment with PayJustNow.

The only time you can expect to need to authorise your card using an OTP (or in App with some of the more modern banks) - is when you are registering your card on your profile. This is because we don't store your card, and you are directed to your bank for this step.

It is best NOT to use the same PIN as your bank card!

You create your own PIN in your profile, when you sign up. A unique 4 digit number that should be known only to you.

Reset your PIN by going to My Profile → PIN → click on reset, You then need to verify your identity by taking a selfie first. then select My PIN and create a new 4 digit PIN.
