Pay with your PayJustNow Wallet balance

Modified on Mon, 26 May at 1:37 PM

The PayJustNow Wallet is your personal, virtual wallet where refunds from retailers using the PayJustNow system are deposited. Instead of waiting 3–5 days for a traditional refund, you receive it instantly in your Wallet. You can use the funds from your wallet towards your next order.

When placing your order, on the payment plan page, there's a button to use money from your digital wallet. You have two choices:

  1. Use all the money in your wallet to make a first payment, by sliding the first button. OR
  2. Use only what's needed for the first payment, especially if your wallet has more than that amount.

If your wallet has enough funds to cover your first instalment, your next 2 instalments that you will pay by card will be reduced.

If your wallet doesn't have enough for the first payment, it'll use whatever amount is available and take the rest from your bank card.

Note:

  • Mixing wallet and card payments? Only possible for the very first instalment payment on an order.
  • If your wallet doesn't cover the second or third payments, you can't use it, but you can on the 1st instalment on your next order.

Make a payment using your wallet and bank card.

When you are presented your payment plan:

Slide the use Wallet button on the 1st instalment:

Select "confirm and Pay Rxxx" and enter your PIN:

Once Paid you can view the Payment status, Payment breakdown and Receipt as normal:
