Password Reset

To ensure you can reset your password, please update your app to the latest version.

For IOS, download from the App Store
For Android, download from the Play Store
For Huawei, download from the App Gallery

Once your app has been updated, navigate to the PayJustNow app and on the log in page select Forgot Password and follow the steps below.

Please go to https://payjustnow.com/forgot-password and enter your email address. Please only interact with the latest email you receive.

The password needs to be 8 characters minimum and contain at least 1 capital letter (ABC) AND 1 lower-case letter (abc) AND 1 number (1234) or 1 special character (!@%$)

These are the steps - (example images below)

1. Enter your email address on the forgot password page
2. You get an email with the subject "Reset your Password". Click/tap the black block and redirected to our page where we asked you to create a new password. (Do Not Reply to the email - it won't work)
3. Enter your new password of 8 characters (e.g. Cl3ver1!) 1 capital letter (A) AND 1 lower-case letter (a) AND (1 number (1) OR 1 special character (!))
4. Be sure to save your password in your secure Password Manager!
