Password Reset

Please go to https://payjustnow.com/forgot-password and enter your email address. Please only interact with the latest email you receive.

The password needs to be 8 characters minimum and contain at least 1 capital letter (ABC) AND 1 lower-case letter (abc) AND 1 number (1234) or 1 special character (!@%$)

These are the steps - (example images below)

1. Enter your email address on the forgot password page
2. You get an email with the subject "Reset your Password". Click/tap the blue block and redirected to our page where we asked you to create a new password. (Do Not Reply to the email - it won't work)
3. Enter your new password of 8 characters (e.g. Cl3ver1!) 1 capital letter (A) AND 1 lower-case letter (a) AND (1 number (1) OR 1 special character (!))
4. Be sure to save your password in your secure Password Manager!
