Multiple orders? We call it your "Concurrency" Badge.

Modified on Tue, 8 Apr at 12:51 PM

At PayJustNow, we’re all about helping you shop smart and stress-free — and that includes how many orders you can have open at once.

What is a Concurrency Badge?

It’s our way of managing how many active PayJustNow transactions you can have at the same time. When you first sign up, we keep things simple and secure by allowing one open transaction at a time.

This isn’t a limitation — it’s part of our commitment to a fee-free, interest-free, and consumer-first approach to budgeting.

Why do we do this?

We’ve seen how traditional credit can lead to unnecessary financial pressure. That’s why we’ve designed PayJustNow to be different — a tool to help you take control of your money, not lose track of it.

We reward responsible behaviour and gradually open up more flexibility:

  • ✅ After your second transaction, once we’ve successfully collected at least one instalment on time, your Concurrency Badge may be upgraded.

  • ✅ From there, you could be eligible to open more than one order at a time.

No forms. No paperwork. Just good habits.

How we decide to upgrade you

We use a smart, data-driven algorithm that considers:

  • Your payment history

  • Your purchase patterns

  • Whether instalments are collected automatically and on time

It’s our way of getting to know you — without asking for extra documents or info.

⏳ Important to remember:

  • PayJustNow is not a revolving credit facility.

  • Your available facility doesn't reset until an order is fully paid off.

  • If you’ve missed payments recently, your concurrency will reset to 1 open order at a time.

We’re here to make shopping easier — not more stressful. If you keep things on track, we’ll open up more flexibility as you go.
