Shopping in-store (at the till)

Modified on Mon, 6 May at 9:12 AM

The store cards on our store directory will say "in-store" if we are available at the till, and you can shop anywhere you see the PayJustNow logo on the door or at the till.

To shop using your PayJustNow profile, you will need to download our PayJustNow App. Scan to pay is only available on the Native App, (so it is not available in the browser).

Your experience may differ depending on the point of sale system at the store you are shopping at. Please ask the cashier what to expect before you begin if you are shopping there for the 1st time. Here are some options that are currently available:

  1. Static QR scan to pay: A QR code is on a cardboard shelf stand branded PayJustNow.
  2. The QR code is presented to you on a screen at the point of sale.
  3. The QR code is presented to you on the credit card terminal.
  4. The QR code is printed out on a till slip.
  5. The merchant is using the PayUp app and will show you a QR code from a phone or tablet.

In most cases, you will need to type in the full amount of your order before the instalment plan is shown to you.

All the steps are shown in this short video.

To shop using your PayJustNow profile, you will need to download our PayJustNow App. Scan to pay is only available on the Native App, (so it is not available in the browser).

The Scan to Pay function is in the navigation list and as a shortcut at the top of your screen, or the pink circle at the bottom navigation.
