How Are Refunds Handled?

We’ve made the refund process as seamless as possible—so you can take care of your customers without any hassle.

Depending on how you’re set up with us, refunds can be processed in one of three ways:

  • Via your Point-of-Sale (POS) system
    If you’re integrated with us at POS level, you can process refunds directly through your till, just like any other transaction.

  • Through your e-commerce integration
    For online stores, refunds can be actioned within your existing e-commerce platform. Once processed, the refund is automatically communicated to PayJustNow.

  • Using the Merchant Portal
    Not using a POS or e-commerce integration? No problem. You can log into the Merchant Portal to manually submit a refund request.


Regardless of the method, we’ll update the customer’s payment plan and handle the adjustments on our side—keeping things smooth for you and stress-free for them.
