When you are shopping online using PayJustNow as the payment type: As soon as your first instalment has been successfully made, we notify the merchant that they can fulfil the order. This then gets put into the delivery flow, and you can expect your delivery subject to the terms you agreed at the point of checkout.
To track your order, you will need to check with the store you placed your order with. It is good practice to be sure what the delivery costs and timelines are before you make your 1st payment.
If you are shopping in-store - you get your goods straight away.
