Cession is when a credit provider transfers its rights under a credit agreement to another credit provider. This is allowed under your agreement with Finchoice.
- Will the terms and conditions of my credit agreement change?
No. All terms and conditions of your existing credit agreement remain the same.
- Will my monthly repayment amount change?
No. Your repayment amount, payment date, interest rate and all other financial terms stay the same.
- Do I need to sign anything or take any action?
No. You do not need to do anything or sign any documents.
- Will this affect my credit record or credit score?
No. This does not affect your credit record or credit score.
- Do my rights under the National Credit Act change?
No. Your rights and protections under the National Credit Act stay the same.
- Does this change how I contact Finchoice?
